2c – Starting from Lessons Learned: A Revised Course Development Process

A new methodology for course development was piloted after implementing multiple lessons-learned from a prior large and complex project. Addressing many of the challenges previously experienced, the new methodology has made for an improved development process, particularly when working with non-teaching subject-matter experts. This session will share our lessons learned, new methodology to address the previous challenges, our results to date, and the templates we are finding the most success with.
