Mission Statement
To facilitate collaboration and the exchange of best practices in all matters relating to curriculum which, in turn, enhances and garners expertise and provides leadership in curriculum development and sound pedagogical practices on a province-wide scale.

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
CDAG is a vibrant provincial community of practice that strives to share and grow its members’ knowledge of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) as leaders in the fields of curriculum design, quality assurance, and teaching and learning. CDAG believes in being intentional about collaboration, sharing ideas, and leveraging our members’ strengths, collective expertise, and diverse perspectives. In doing so, it will cultivate inclusive communities and educational experiences throughout the college sector.

Like the development of quality curriculum, fostering EDI is a process of continuous improvement that requires learning and growth. CDAG recognizes the importance of both building competencies around EDI through ongoing professional development in inclusive curriculum design and deepening its members’ understanding of EDI principles. With these commitments, CDAG expects to provide leadership in the field of EDI, creating and fostering meaningful and transformative learning experiences for its members and their students.
