Course Development Onboarding: Modelling Expectations through High-Quality Training

Supporting faculty and subject matter experts in designing high-quality courses is an ongoing and evolving process. Algonquin College recently developed an asynchronous training program to better onboard new course developers and serve as a model of high-quality course design. In this session, we will overview some of this journey, highlight successes, and share our “next steps” for ongoing improvements that may guide course development challenges and changes in your own institutions.
