4b – New Program Development: Experience of a Team of Curriculum and Program Quality Consultants

Developing new programs across credential types, supporting faculty with course development, learning outcomes, assessments, and other curriculum-related activities while conducting program reviews can be complicated. In a bid to clarify and simplify the process, our team at Mohawk has collaboratively developed a procedure supported by process document/checklist to serve as a guide to new colleagues, faculty and program areas.
This presentation will share the guiding principles, experience and final product of a process/checklist created for new program development with all its relevant interfaces.
