OCQAS has been very busy the last nine months reviewing the College Quality Assurance Audit Process (CQAAP) and developing a QA Process for the Standards of Practice for International Education. In this presentation, you will hear firsthand the lessons learned from these activities and the blueprint for these two processes moving forward.
